Are cannabis lollypops safe?
Cannabis lollypops seem harmless to the naked eye, since the amount of the THC, main component of the plant that causes the euphoria is present in such a small amount that it might not cause any effects. The main effect that these lollypops cause is, naturally, rendering the buyer with a lot less money for a product -even if it is illegal- that will not actually work properly.
Nonetheless, it is not the amount of the cannabis plants inside the lollypops that are cause such commotion; it is the fact that drug traders are creating a product that will entice children. Though it seems that the type of cannabis that is used on the manufacturing of the lollypops is actually the hemp-edible kind that contains almost no THC, scientifically called Cannabis Sativa L. and from which other products are made such as pasta, soap, eczema treatments as well as wardrobe and garments and didgeridoos.
Of course, some parents do not see any problem in the lollypops since they have been commercialized for years in Holland; though this does not soothe the hearts of many other parents who still believe that the best way to go is to prevent children from eating or wearing any cannabis or hemp made product.
In regards to whether they are safe or not; the amount of toxicity of the lollypops is too low though it is up to each person to decide whether they will consume them.
